July 14th, 2005Esta claro que los últimos que tienen la culpa de nuestra situación con una compañÃa de Telecomunicaciones son los operadores. Me han llegado muchos comentarios de alguno de ellos e incluso tengo un amigo coodinador en esta compañÃa y bueno…. esta claro que ya bastante tienen con poner la cara (muchas veces pienso que estan solo para eso) ante los clientes.
Este es el último mail q me ha llegado asi q se lo reproduzco:
“Hola amigos, me confieso, trabajo en el 1565. mas concretamente en una subcontrata de Jazztel en un CallCenter de cuyo nombre no quiero acordarme.
Pido disculpas en nombre de todos los 1565 (almenos unos cuantos) porque es lamentable lo que pasa por aqui.
Hay gente poco preparada o nada, y las condiciones de trabajo son pesimas. Imaginaos un CC con mas de 100 trabajadores con VoIp+Internet+Herramientas de la empresa SQL todas, haciendo consultas todas a la vez, cuelgues y retrasos son el pan nuestro de cada dia.
EL panorama laboral no es muy halagüeño, y los pocos q aguantamos vamos viendo como se incorporan nuevos compañeros, que vienen de la calle, les dan un curso de formacion de 3 dias y palante, imaginaros q caos y multiplicarlo por cada uno de los departamentos. Muchas veces clientes que aseguran que llevan llamando cada dia durante meses, no tienen ningun comentario al respecto y esto imposibilita bastante la faena, almenos de los que intentamos hacer por el cliente, aunque solo sea decirle la verdad, que en muchos casos es lo unico que podemos hacer y a veces ni eso debido a las contradicciones que nos encontramos en nuestras aplicaciones.
Supongo que como este habreis leido muchos mensajes de teleoperador@s.
